Helpful Tips for Error Reporting Support

  • Give detailed instructions so that the error can be recreated. Write clearly. We ask that you be precise in all details.
  • Describe in detail what went wrong. State what you saw and what you expected to see. Doucument the error including any digits.
  • During the error write down what other application were running in your windows environment.
  • Be prepared to provide extra information if the programmer request it. It is important that such email be immediately responded to.
